Rooted in humble beginnings, the founders built their brand from the ground up—starting from their home in Quezon City, selling via online platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Facebook.
Today, Top 1 Cosmetics and Skin Care Manufacturing Co. operates with a dedicated team of nearly 50 members, including professional chemists and a specialized R&D department that develops customized products for brands across categories such as skincare, cosmetics, personal care, fragrances, and household essentials. The company also established a strong Sales & Marketing division in 2024 to strengthen digital and offline brand presence.

Reach out to us through our contact form or social media channels. Once connected, we’ll send you a Product Brief Form to fill out for each item you'd like to create.
This form will cover essential details such as:
- Product type and size

- Packaging preferences
- Estimated order quantity
Project Scoping
After reviewing your product brief(s), our team will evaluate the overall scope of your project. We'll align with you on feasibility, timeline, and any specific formulation or design requirements.
Formulation, Samples, and Testing
Our in-house R&D team will begin formulating your custom products, sourcing high-quality raw materials based on your requirements. You’ll receive lab samples to review, test, and approve.

Packaging
